Salient Features
- Double Column Construction for Rigidity and effortless centering
- Generously Proportional & Well adquately ribbed base plates, column and arm for Maximum Rigidity and Minimum deflection
- Major casting are stress relieved and Sufficiently rigid to meet requirements of IS: 2199.
- Arm guide Surfaces are Precision ground
- Hardened and ground gears for minimum wear and tear
- Precision hardened and ground spindle
- Friction type disc clutch is adapted to observed impact force caused by Vertical movement of spindle and effectively. Protects all transmission units inside gear box
- Disc clutches is employed for starting and stopping the spindle
- Special arm elevating safety device is Provided to prevent arm from falling down, when machine is used for long time
- Machine tested as per IS: 2199.
